Golden Ears Provincial Park Engagement Shoot

Nicole and Ricky first met camping one summer up at Golden Ears Provincial Park.  It seemed only fitting then that we do their engagement shoot in such a memorable location.  We arrived there one cool afternoon last weekend and hiked up to a little riverside, pebble beach.  This beach was hidden off the main path through an almost magical overhang of trees and foliage.  Once we arrived, Ricky pulled out his guitar and even sang for us a little which was so sweet.  After spending some time there, we hiked back out to the cars and grabbed a few quick photos at a pond with a fishing dock that seemed quite sketchy, but thankfully none of us fell in, though there was a close call!

These are lovely. Of course, my opinion is a bit one-sided. I love these two so much! Glad you could capture the love and respect they have for each other.

About

Hi! I’m Laura, a coffee-loving, outgoing introvert with a passion for motherhood and photography. This blog is an extension of who I am. I’m a mommy to three little boys, and I love to create and write. I’m also loud, tend to over share, and am a type-A personality in the extreme. I’m a little pensive and can be a lot sarcastic.  I believe that motherhood is something more than just to be survived! This is both a space where I share glimpses into my business and the photo shoots I do, and also my personal space to just write about whatever is on my heart. So grab a cup of coffee, come stay for a while and let’s get to know each other. 🙂
