I admit I used to groan a little bit inside when someone would inquire about an extended family shoot.  All those extra people.  All those combinations.  But now, they’re actually one of my favourite things to do.  I think it’s because I LOVE photographing kids at the “crazy age”.  The toddler stage, the baby stage.  Or really any age where the parent is thinking, “Please let my child not have a complete meltdown before this shoot it over”.  And the more family members in the mix, the more cute little crazies there are to capture!  I LIVE in the crazy stage as a soon-to-be mama of 3 boys all under 2 years and 9 months, so I feel a little bit at home in the chaos.  In fact, I’m also shocked and amazed at the times it DOES all go smoothly.  I’m not quite sure what to make of cooperation, lol!  I’d have to say these kids were pretty darn cooperative, and they were also totally adorable <3.
