Jenna and Simon said “I do” two weeks ago, but there’s something that they didn’t say. Something that they won’t have to say very often every again. They didn’t say “good-bye”. These two did what many people think is impossible, or at the very least, improbable. They had a long-distance relationship. Jenna is local here on the West Coast of Canada, but Simon and his awesome accent are all the way from England.
While not quite as far apart as these two, Nick and I were also a long distance relationship, and I remember waking up together on our honeymoon and saying to each other that it was so amazing that we didn’t have to constantly say “good-bye” anymore. Something a lot of people may take for granted.
I was so happy to be there from the first look to the last dance to watch these two start their new life TOGETHER.
