Tri-City Wedding Show – Coquitlam Wedding Photographer

Last weekend Nick and I ran a booth at the Tri-City Wedding show, and it was a lot of fun. However, I think part of the reason that I loved it so much was because we were also hired to shoot the event itself, so we could alternate between manning the booth and going out and documenting the day. Here are a few of my favourites 🙂
Before too many people arrived, I tried to go around to various booths and capture some details:
We were there pretty early to make sure we had time to set up our own booth and also document the models getting ready for the runway show.
I think my favourite thing to shoot, though, was the dancing and the runway. I am a sucker for dramatic light so I brought along some off-camera flashes to give these moments a little added “flare” ;). (Oh, I’m punny on Fridays…).
All-in-all, it was a great show and a great way to kick off 2016 wedding bookings for Paraphrase Productions. If you’re getting married soon, be sure to contact us asap, as we’ve already started booking for next year now!
